LUMEN ONE FULL MEDICAL CHECK-UP WITH DOCTOR

(Approx. 50 minutes)

  • Personal 1:1 consultation with Dr. Savin/Lumen Doctor
  • Occupation and psychological health analysis
  • Previous medical and surgical history
  • Cardiovascular risk analysis
  • Female health questionnaire
  • Detailed lifestyle discussion and analysis of risk factors
  • Male health questionnaire including prostate symptoms
  • Family history
  • Current concerns
  • Sleep disorder questionnaires

LUMEN ONE PHYSICAL EXAMINATION WITH DOCTOR

  • General physical examination
  • Respiratory system examination
  • Hernia examination
  • General musculoskeletal examination
  • Pelvic examination (if clinically indicated) females
  • Testicular examination (males)
  • Rectal examination (50+ or if clinically indicated)
  • Cardiovascular system examination
  • Abdominal examination
  • General skin examination
  • Breast examination (females)
  • Cervical smear test (if clinically indicated) females
  • Prostate examination (males)
  • Ears/throat general examination

PHYSIOLOGICAL TESTS

Observations

  • Height, weight, body mass index
  • Urinalysis - 5 measurements

  • Pulse, blood pressure

Body composition analysis - highly detailed including:

  • Skeletal muscle mass - total
  • Body fat - total
  • Visceral fat analysis-score - visceral fat area
  • Biological age based on body composition
  • Trend analysis
  • Muscle mass in each limb
  • Percentage body fat
  • Optimum calculated target weight

Blood Test (Around 50 separate tests) including:

Blood Fats

  • Total cholesterol level

SCANS - FULL BODY MRI SCAN

(X-Ray free) Phillips 3T scanner with built-in audio-visual experience

  • Brain
  • Carotid arteries
  • Abdominal organs-liver, spleen, pancreas, kidneys, gallbladder
  • Immersive audiovisual MRI experience for client comfort
  • Major blood vessels inside the head (Brain MRA)
  • Central arteries of abdomen and pelvis (aorta, renal arteries)
  • Pelvic organs-bladder, womb and ovaries in females, prostate in males

MAMMOGRAM

(If clinically indicated at additional cost)

  • If clinically indicated as part of the advanced health screening, this can be pre-booked to be performed on the same day or after the health assessment at an additional cost. (Performed at a dedicated breast centre very close to Lumen Harley Street)

POST VISIT FOLLOW UP CONSULTATION WITH DR SAVIN/LUMEN DOCTOR

(Up to 30 minutes)

  • A detailed verbal run through of all results and important significant findings and management plan either by phone or remote consult after the health assessment
  • Comprehensive personalised user-friendly health assessment report within 10 working days
  • The doctor will answer any questions you may have
  • Digital link to all MRI images to keep for future reference
  • Specialist ongoing referral if indicated as part of our service
